Project overview:

This project requires 467 custom modular unit in of 40' container's size for the building. Each modular unit includes single bed of 706 rooms, double deck of 150 rooms, and for family room 12 units. The prefab modular was completed for worker with one-stop accommodation concept; hairdresser, shop online, convenience store, canteen, offices, and the maintenance buildings.

The customer's requirement:

The prefab modular accommodation project established by customer requirement to make its own accommodation for staff and guests due to location of the project is situated on the Al Reem island, which is a residential, commercial and business project area is currently beingdeveloped separately by Sorouh Real Estate (Shams Abu Dhabi), Reem Investments, and Tamouh. With the ideal development plan to gain international interest as one of the first free zones in Abu Dhabi, where foreigner can buy property as leasehold.

When the island has much growing rate of development, the interesting rest of people who need to travel and to work on the island is also rapidly growing. In another reason that the land are very expensive for permanent building and the customer plan to make this project can be removed in the next seven years future. Hence, the prefab modular container building of LifesBox can answer the needs of customers.

The prefabricated modular solution:

According to the needs of customer who want to move the building out in the next seven year future, and requires more room in limited space of foundationfor three story high building.
