- Construction made from steel.
- The pillar size is 100x100x4t.
- The roof construction is steel bending 4.5t with metal sheet and insulation.
- The T Bar is Gypsum board painted which is already installed from factory.

The prefab elements installed at customer's site are:
- Window and mirror, customer will install by themselves because of the front wall and back of the building are designed to be linked with roof top construction to save cost of delivery that's why the mirror can not be composed from the factory.
- Concrete ground, customer can choose to do by themselves or take the one that produced from factory. However all of these will be depending properly on the comfortable of construction area .

Price of Convenience store (160 M2) is about $80,000-$90,000, which is depending especially on the raw material that you would like to use. |
